CEO
Mr. Sandri is responsible for business leadership, strategy and M&A, and leadership development. He previously spent 25 years with Owens Corning, a global building products leader, serving as President of its global Composites business from 2018 to 2025.

Dr. Skinner is responsible for business strategy and M&A; marketing and innovation, including global R&D; and global wind energy. He previously spent 16 years with Owens Corning, serving in leadership roles spanning innovation, technology, and marketing.

Ludovic Piraux
CEO | 3B Fibreglass and VP Global Operations & Sourcing, & European Business
Ludovic Piraux has served as CEO of 3B Fibreglass since 2022 and is also responsible for global operations and sourcing and the European business of Original Composites & Fiberglass. Mr. Piraux previously served in a variety of key leadership roles at 3B including CFO, COO, and Global Business Director. He is also President of Glass Fibre Europe, an industry organization representing major European producers of continuous filament glass fiber.

Mr. Honsvick is responsible for leading Alloy, focused on accelerating growth, scale, and long-term value creation. He also supports the company's business transformation initiatives, including its ERP deployment. Prior to joining Praana Group, he held several leadership roles at Owens Corning, including Composites Strategy Director and General Manager of GMS.

Jamie Trabbic

In addition to leading Human Resources, Ms. Trabbic’s responsibilities include leadership development, evolving organizational and HR processes, and stewardship of the company’s culture and values globally. She previously served in a variety of HR leadership positions during nine years with Owens Corning and prior to that worked for more than a decade in organizational development, learning strategy, and change management.
